Made to Order/Custom Order Terms and Conditions
By consenting to these terms and conditions, you hereby understand that the items you are ordering from LION AND LAMB ROYALTY, LLC, are handmade, made to order items that are created specifically for your order. These items take time to create and execute, and are typically completed within 2-4 weeks. That time could extend due to the number of orders ahead of yours, and the size of the order. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE MADE THROUGH OUR COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS AT [email protected]. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS OVER THE PHONE OR THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS SUCH AS FACEBOOK, MESSENGER, INSTAGRAM, ETC. Customer will receive one mockup of what the finished product will look like. Customer must make any provisions at that time, as we will accept any changes to the item. Once your order is placed, alterations to sizing, materials, images, phrases, text, or quanity will not be accepted; nor do we permit refunds in the event a customer blindly overlooked these terms. If you receive a custom/made to order from us that is incorrect, e.g., wrong color, size, text, etc., you can contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, and we will be happy to assist you in an exchage for the correct item originally ordered. WE DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS for impatience or in the event of unforseen circumstances, e.g., "I am no longer best friends with her, and I don't need them anymore," "I didn't know it would take up to 4 weeks or longer to complete," "I need my money back for more important things," and so on.
On Shipment of items:
Upon placing an order with multiple amounts, there will be an additional $2 shipping fee. Extra fees will be applied to orders shipping larger amounts of items, e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. If you live locally and want your items delivered, there will be a delivery charge of $6. No exceptions will be accepted. Thank you for understanding.
