Made to Order/Custom Order Terms and Conditions
By consenting to the terms and conditions you hearby understand that the items you are ordering from LION AND LAMB ROYALTY, LLC, are hand made, made to order items that are created specifically for your order. These items take time to create and execute, and are typically completed between 2-4 weeks. That time could extend due to the amount of orders ahead of yours. Once your order is placed, alterations to sizing, material, images, phrases, text, or quantity will not be allowed; nor do we permit refunds in the event a customer blindly overlooked these terms. If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect, e.g., wrong size/color, etc., you may contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered. We do not allow refunds for impatience or in the event of unforseen circumstances, e.g., "I am no longer best friends with her, and I don't need these anymore," "I didn't know they would take up to 4 weeks to create," "I need my money back for more important things," and so on. DO NOT ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM ITEMS IF YO DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
On Shipment of items:
Upon placing an order with multiple amounts, there will be a shipping fee that reflects the weight of the order. For example, if you place a custom order that contains anything less than 10 items, you will be charged an additional $2 for each item. So, if regular shipping is at $9 for one item, you will be charged an additonal $2 for each additional item. If your order consists of 10 or more items, you will only be charged one additonal shipping fee. For example, if you place an order for 10 or more hoodies, you will be charged an additional shipping fee of $5.
