- Store credit may take up to 24 hours to process
- You must email us at [email protected] with an image showing the issue
- The return must be apporved and shipping must be in process before the store credit can be processed
- Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
- Customer must email or text proof that item has been shipped before store credit can be processed
- Item must be received within 7-10 days of delivery
